Individual booking (1 to 2 rooms): Up to 7 nights stay: If cancelled less than 3 nights notice, a one night charge will apply. 7 nights stay or more: If cancelled less than 3 nights notice, 3 nights charge will apply.

Group bookings (from 3 rooms+): For groups of 3 to 5 rooms: cancellation notice is 14 nights else 50% charge of the total stay will apply. For groups of 6 to 9 rooms: cancellation notice is 14 nights else 75% charge of the total stay will apply. For groups of 10 rooms or more: cancellation notice is 21 nights else 100% charge of the total stay will apply.
